Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist

CAD Gulf LLC is looking for a skilled Autodesk Construction Cloud Technical Support Specialist to join our growing technical team.

Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Role:

You’ll be supporting our valued clients in the AEC industry by providing expert guidance and technical support on Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navisworks, and BIM workflows.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of proven experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud tools such as BIM Collaborate Pro, Docs, Takeoff, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, and BIM.
  • Background in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related fields is preferred.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Develop technical sales capacity and support the business planning, technical skill assessment, and capacity planning
  • Influence product sales through technical thought leadership during business development activities with the channel ecosystem
  • Own and orchestrate the hand-over of projects from the presales phase to deployment
  • Support industries in their transformation journey to build repeatable solutions and build high-value service capabilities
  • Engage with industries on selective, well-qualified opportunities
  • Promote the value proposition in presentations and demos with prospects and customers
  • Understand the prospect’s needs and market solutions that align to those needs.

IT Business Development Manager

Job Description:

CAD GULF is looking for a self-motivated, IT Business Development Manager, specializing in ICT solutions to join our team. Your primary focus will be on opening new customer accounts, building strong relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

This role will be measured by revenue, margin, and service sales targets.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in IT Sales.
  • Proven track record of closing large deals.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to map and interact at all levels within a potential account.

Software Sales Representative

About The Job:

CAD Gulf is seeking a motivated Software Sales Representative who will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, nurturing, and closing software sales opportunities.

Your primary focus will be cold calling, lead generation, revenue generation, business development and client visits in the UAE territory, building strong relationships, and closing sales to achieve revenue targets.

This role will be measured by revenue, margin, and service sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Cold calling and using sales navigators to generate leads.
  • Successfully create business from new logos.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within Architecture, Engineering, and Product Design and Manufacturing.
  • Present and demonstrate software solutions to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation and post-sales support.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.

Qualifications

  • MBA/BBA or Diploma/Degree in Engineering (any field).
  • Must know Autodesk or similar software.
  • 0 to 5 years of experience in selling software, Knowledge of Autodesk products would be preferred.
  • Develop and maintain major corporate accounts for Autodesk’s range of products.
  • Experienced with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales prospecting.
  • Strong communication skills, team player, and willing to learn.

Messaging Engineer

Job Descriptions:

  • Knowledge of Exchange 2016 implementation and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent in M365 E3 and E5 implementation.
  • Experienced in Windows Server, and AD troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Azure sizing and implementation.
  • Experience on hypervisor will be added advantage.
  • Good English communication.
