The HPE StoreEasy 1660 Storage comes with Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2016, Standard Edition with HPE StoreEasy Management Console pre-installed, and features an Intel Xeon-Bronze processor, 16GB of memory, 4 x 1GbE ports, redundant power and fans, a 2U rackmount form factor, and 12 LFF (3.5″”) drive bays standard (with an option to add another 4 x LFF bays with the optional mid-chassis cage).

HPE StoreEasy 1660 Storage solutions deliver the high capacity that drives down your cost per GB. Four- to eight-core processing (depends on the model selected), up to 16 LFF hot-plug drive slots, and external expandability capability enhance this dense 2U shared storage solution for small, medium, or large IT environments. All HPE StoreEasy 1660 models come with Microsoft Windows Storage Server 2016 Standard Edition pre-installed from the factory on mirrored solid-state drives.
